Ergonomics and computer use

This is how you should NOT sit :

Most common pain areas:
-Lower back 63%
-neck 53%
-shoulder 38%
-wrist 33%


This is how you sit ERCONOMICALLY:


Health benefits for example:
-reduces stress
-help consentration
-facilitates breathing


Because:


If you work with computer you sholud not sit more than 30 minutes in a row. You should for example stand up and do some streching or go for a short walk. Little break workout is always good for your health! There are also elctric tables so you can alternatively stand in between times.
